NYX Haul (swatches &comparisons)

I recently had the craving (oh yes) for some more NYX shadows. I already have two, Champagne and Golden Bronze, and love those. I love the quality of NYX shadows; they are smooth, pigmented and oh yea..a fraction of the cost of higher end brands! What's not to love?

I also rearranged my NYX shadows storage since I now have more than just two. I store them sideways with the name label facing up. This may not be the prettiest way with the barcode and stuff but it's great to know which is which and saves space than laying them with face up.

Top Row: (left to right) Frosted Flakes, Sahara, Red Bean
Bottom Row: (left to right) Iced Mocha, Root Beer, Dark Brown
Swatches:

Comparisons:

I hope these swatches helped you neutral lovers looking into NYX Shadows. These are definitely some great neutral colors and I'm happy I got them! I purchased the majority of them from Rock the Catwalk, which I highly recommend. The NYX shadows on this site are $3.50 and this is the cheapest I have found them anywhere. The other one I got from Ebay, and it was more expensive that the Rock the Catwalk prices (not by a lot but still, might as well buy them at the lowest price).

Do you own and NYX shadows? What are your favorites?

I have Sahara, and today I discovered the wonder of using it as a face highlighter. It's perfect! Everything I want in a highlighter--sheen, but no sparkle or glitter. At $6 CAD for a pot, I feel like I've won the lottery!
