MAC Styledriven Collection (Info and Wishlist)

Did we really think MAC is just coming out with one HUGE Fall collection and that's it?? HAH! The Styledriven is filled with "Pro Longwear" products, a lot of which are new formulation. However, it is a big relief that all of these will be part of the Permanent collection. That means no rushing, scrambling, or panicking. We can safely wait for reviews and then get the items we want later.

I think the most exciting thing about this collection are the BRUSHES. I love MAC eye brushes and am really interested in what these will look like (split fibre??) and how they will work. The mineralize eye shadows sound interesting but none of the color combos appeal to me and when I get a palette/trio/quad, I want to use it all together.

MAC Flighty Collection (Info and Wishlist)

The other collection MAC is coming out with on the same day as the Fashion Flower collection is Flighty. I predict that this can either do really well....or really badly. It features a new line of cream shadows that are supposed to be a mousse texture. The colors sound great but the wear time and texture will definitely make or break the product.

Again, my wishlist is in bold and pink, however if the formula isn't great, I don't think I'll buy any of them.

MAC Fashion Flower Collection (Info and Wishlist)

I made some posts a while ago sharing the information of MAC Collections and what I wanted from them. I haven't done posts like that recently because honestly, the past months' collections sucked. I kept seeing swatches of poor pigmentation and just wondered if anyone at MAC was even looking at the products they were putting out. However, the next few collections have me excited for what's to come and hoping that they are good quality!

Also, maybe some of you have noticed that MAC collection info has been coming out closer to the release date as opposed to before when they would come out months in advance. From what I understand, MAC has placed a ban on leaked information so now the collection details come out much closer to the release date. I can see why MAC would do this but as a consumer, I'm very frustrated. I think they are playing on the "limited edition hype" and hoping that people buy more in a frenzy that things will sell out. I would much prefer to save up, especially when sometimes multiple collections come out in one day. Sorry for the rant and now onto the info! =]

Makeup Wishlist

I'm sure we all have a list of makeup items we want to get and if we had a few extra zeros in our bank account would run out and get all of them! I got this blogpost idea from Sandra, who's blog I LOVE! So here are the items I have been oogling at:

 

Too Faced Romantic Eye Palette- this looks like an amazing spring time palette. I'm sure you all have caught on that I'm in love with my Neutral palette and this would be a nice addition. 

Too Faced Naked Eye Palette- as I was deciding if I should get the Romantic palette, I started wanting this one! I know it's all neutrals and I probably have dupes in my collection but a neutral palette is just not something I can pass up (or not drool over!).

Estee Lauder's Double Wear Foundation- This was on Sandra's list too. I have hear so many amazing things about this foundation! Namely, I have heard that people mix this with their foundation to make it last all day. As much as I love NARS Sheer Glow, I do have the problem of it not lasting through my 13 hour days.

Orly Confetti Nail Polish- Oh, come on! Did you really think I wouldn't add in a polish? This polish is no where to be found! It's a sheer light pink. I'm sure I don't NEED it but the fact that it's so elusive makes me want it even more. I know it was mentioned in the Kardashian book so that's why it's probably all sold out. I think they have it on the ORLY site but I don't want to pay shipping for one polish lol

MAC Peacocky & Mickey Contractor (Info & Wishlist)

I have done this before with some other MAC collections on this blog where I post the info of the collection and highlight what I'm wanting. I have been meaning to do this but haven't had the time. But the good news is both the MAC Peacocky and Mickey Contractor are available online now!! I am definitely more excited for Peacocky and will do my best to exercise self control =]

The other collection out is the Mickey Contractor one. I'm not too thrilled about this one but I'll post the info for you guys anyway. It's geared toward natural beauty but I keep hearing the pigmentation isn't that great. I'm going to pass on this one. Temptalia has swatches here of the collection. Natural makeup doesn't mean poor quality, MAC.

Well, hello HELLO! My previous post was a RAVE about how I've been loving the Too Faced Natural palette. Too Faced apparently heard me (yea, ok lol) and has released another gorgeous palette with their spring collection. It's available on the Sephora website now!

OK! I admit it! I'm a nail polish FIEND! And with that, the next step is admitting that yes, I need another nail polish rack because I filled mine up. Oh the SHAME!

4. Louis Vuitton Damier Canvas Neverfull MM ($700 at Louis Vuitton stores or site)

Hello, Lover. I've been lusting after this bag for quite some time and I've started to fall in love with the Damier Canvas instead of the regular logo. There's just something so sleek and elegant about this one (not to mention about the bag!) However, budget and BUDGET keep me from making the purchase! But I can still look at the pictures lovingly =]

MAC Cham-Pale Collection (Info & Wishlist)

Now that the Tartan Tale collection has already come out, I am looking forward to more!

The next one (November 24th) is the MAC & Marcel Wanders collection, which is a luxury collection from MAC. I'm skipping this one. All the prices will be higher (like $22 for a gloss) because it's more luxury packaging. I'm completely against paying for packaging only and there's nothing in the collection that appeals to me...NO THANKS!
